FAQs
Because we are a seasonal business and make every cushion custom to order, it can take anywhere from five to six weeks to receive your cushions. During the fall and winter months, cushions are usually shipped within three weeks. In the spring and summer months, cushions can take up to five weeks to ship out. Some cushion styles could take longer. Orders that only contain one style of cushion generally ship faster than orders containing multiple styles of cushions. Clearance and Quick ship items will ship out within 3-5 days.
Shipping Rates:
- Up to $100.00: $10.00
- $100.00-$500.00: 7% of the total purchase
- $500.00 and above: 5% of the total purchase
Hawaii and Alaska will be required to pay any additional shipping charges.
We ship the majority of orders via federal express ground. We can only ship to street addresses, no PO Boxes.

Pillows are very well-made and price is OK compared with other companies. Ordering was easy and they came 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I have ordered this material before from another company and it faded after 3 years so I was pleased I could find the same pattern as it matches existing napkins and placemats. Will see if the color holds better since I paid more this time and the whole pillow looks to be a better quality. Right now pillows appeared to be too stuffed but I hope they will eventually squish down. Better than not having enough stuffing and ending up with limp pillows.
