The use of this Website and the sale of products and services offered through it are governed by the Terms and Conditions set forth below and all other disclaimers, guidelines, and policies appearing on this Website.
Use of this Website is also subject to Cushion Connection’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using this Website in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
Easy Way Products reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use this Website.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Way Products with respect to this Website and the products purchased through it. No modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless authorized in writing by Easy Way Products. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All Cushion Connection products are custom-made to order based on customer-selected dimensions, fabrics, and insert constructions.
Because products are made specifically to each customer’s specifications, all sales are final once production has begun, except as expressly stated under the Limited Warranty.
RETURN & SHIPPING POLICIES
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within one (1) business day from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Requests must be submitted in writing during normal business hours.
After one (1) business day from the time the order is placed, the order is considered in production and may not be canceled, changed, or returned for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, incorrect measurements, or preference changes.
Approval of any cancellation request is subject to confirmation by Easy Way Products.
Returns
Because products are custom-made, returns are not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
• Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer
• Comfort preference or firmness expectations
• Changes in appearance due to normal outdoor use
• Fabric fading, discoloration, or color variation caused by exposure to sunlight, weather, moisture, or environmental conditions
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
LIMITED WARRANTY – CUSHION INSERTS & FABRICS
This Limited Warranty applies only to cushion inserts manufactured and sold by Easy Way Products and purchased directly through the Cushion Connection website by the original retail purchaser for normal residential use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery and is non-transferable.
Insert-Specific Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage varies based on the insert selected at checkout.
Classic Polyester Insert – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Does not cover normal softening, compression, or loss of loft.
Densified Foam Insert with Easy Guard™ Moisture & UV Barrier Wrap – Two (2) Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in foam construction or barrier wrap materials under normal residential use.
Does not guarantee complete water impermeability and does not cover damage caused by prolonged standing water or improper storage.
Quick Dry (MetaDri™) Foam Insert – Three (3) Year Limited Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in foam material or structure under normal residential outdoor use.
Does not guarantee perpetual firmness and does not cover environmental exposure beyond normal use.
Fabric Warranty – Sunbrella® Fabrics
All cushion covers are constructed using Sunbrella® performance fabrics.
Sunbrella® fabrics are covered exclusively under the Sunbrella® Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. Fabric fading, discoloration, or color variation caused by sunlight, weather, moisture, or environmental exposure is not covered under this Limited Warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and softening over time
- Fabric fading due to environmental exposure
- Mildew or mold caused by improper care
- Damage from misuse, neglect, pets, or sharp objects
- Commercial, contract, or rental use
- Labor, installation, removal, or transportation costs
Warranty Remedies
If a valid claim is approved, Easy Way Products, at its sole discretion, will:
- Repair the defective component
- Replace the defective component
- Issue a refund or store credit limited to the original purchase price of the affected component
Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the affected item.
Warranty Claims Process
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the defect
- Photographic documentation
Easy Way Products reserves the right to inspect products before approving any claim.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, reviewing insert selections, and understanding expected performance characteristics.
Easy Way Products is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to:
- Monitor color variation
- Standard placement of ties, seams, or labels
- Incorrect customer measurements
- Comfort preference when manufactured as ordered
If errors result from incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer assumes responsibility for associated correction costs.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION/REDELIVERY FEES
If Easy Way Products incurs additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for those costs. This includes fees associated with redirecting deliveries or lost merchandise due to address errors.
SHIPPING COSTS
Cushion Connection currently offers free standard shipping on website orders to addresses in the United States. Shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. Free shipping is subject to change at any time and may be limited to specific promotions, products, or order types.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on production timelines, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of Cushion Connection’s control.
DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If damage is present, notify Easy Way Products within two (2) days of delivery.
All damage claims must be supported with photo documentation and will be reviewed by Easy Way Products’ Customer Success and Quality Assurance teams. Claims reported outside of the required timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
In most cases, customers will not be required to return damaged or defective products. Once a claim is approved, resolution will be provided in the form of a free replacement unit, at Easy Way Products’ discretion.
DISCOUNT & COUPON CODES
Only one (1) promotional code can be used during checkout. Promotional/Coupon Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Easy Way Products is not responsible for invalid deals or codes posted by third-party sites.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Cushion Connection uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to securely process online payments. Stripe employs industry-standard security measures and encryption to protect payment information during transmission.
Cushion Connection does not store or retain full credit card information. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with its security and privacy standards.
If additional payments are required, customers may be asked to provide payment information through a secure payment method approved by Easy Way Products.
Easy Way Products reserves the right to change the prices of products sold on this Website at any time. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Easy Way Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase or use of any products. Easy Way Products’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product, giving rise to the claim.
FORCE MAJEURE
Easy Way Products shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, weather events, carrier delays, material shortages, labor disruptions, or governmental actions.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS
