All Cushion Connection cushions are custom-made and backed by a Limited Warranty based on the insert selected at checkout.

What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in insert materials or construction
- Premature material failure under normal residential use
What Is Not Covered
- Normal softening or compression over time
- Fabric fading from sun, weather, or moisture
- Mildew caused by improper care
- Damage from misuse, pets, sharp objects, or improper storage
- Commercial or rental use
- Labor or transportation costs
Fabric Warranty – Sunbrella®
All cushion covers are made with Sunbrella® performance fabrics.
Sunbrella fabrics are covered exclusively under the Sunbrella® Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Fabric fading or discoloration caused by environmental exposure is not covered under Cushion Connection’s insert warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
If a claim is approved, Easy Way Products may repair, replace, or issue a refund/store credit for the affected component at its discretion.
Returns Policy
All Cushion Connection products are custom-made to order based on your selected size, fabric, and insert.
Because of this:
All sales are final once production has begun.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within one (1) business day of being placed.
After one (1) business day, the order is considered in production and cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.
Returns Are Not Accepted For:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect measurements
- Comfort preference
- Ordering errors
- Normal outdoor wear
- Fabric fading from environmental exposure
Shipping Information
Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders within the continental United States.
Shipping is not currently available to Alaska or Hawaii.
Orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or carrier delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If damage is present, notify us within two (2) days and provide photos.
Approved shipping damage claims will be handled under our Limited Warranty.
